The laser diode modules generate a 70° full angle cross, factory focused at 1000mm. The focus can be set at other distances on request. The lens system produces an efficiently uniform intensity laser line.
At a visible wavelength of either 650nm or 635nm, these compact laser diode modules offer:
  • Output powers of 0.9mW or 4mW
  • Power stability of less than 5%
  • Operating voltage is from 3V to 6V DC
  • Operating current of 30mA typ, (0.9mW) or 40mA typ, (4mW)
  • Operating temperature range is -10° C to +40° C

A series of laser diode collimators specifically aimed at OEM customers wishing to use laser based technology in their products. The collimators are designed for use with both 5.6mm and 9mm packaged laser diodes.

The standard laser diode collimator (SLDC), with lens back focal length of 2.8mm or 6.3mm accepts 9mm packaged laser diodes and the miniature laser diode collimator accepts 5.6mm packaged laser diodes.
